In
the wee hours of the morning on May 17, 1958 an exhausted nurse
entered the hospital room of Josephine Anastasio informing her
that her newborn baby girl had kept the entire nursery awake
all night with her constant wailing! Thus began the illustrious
career of Michele Anastasio.
Michele
counts her Blessings!
With
the release of her 1999 London-recorded CD Good Morning
Heartache, Michele began enjoying airplay on radio stations
around the globe. This was followed in 2001 by More!,
also recorded in London and which has garnered rave reviews
and widespread airplay.

remarked, Michele Anastasio has a beautiful voice and
is a wonderful singer, I applaud her work!
Micheles
professional career began at 13,performing in regional and dinner
theater productions. During that time, she began her studies
at two of New Yorks most prestigious schools for music
and drama, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the American
Musical and Dramatic Academy.

intensive program for drama in London, England. On her return
she was cast in Michele Legrandes The Umbrellas of
Cherbourg presented at Joseph Papps New York Shakespeare
